Additional info for certain topics:

1. Check the entry form against the pedigree for correctness. Return incorrect forms or fix them yourself, which ever is easier.

2. Test reports (Formblatt3,5,7) are available electronically. It is much easier to fill these out on the computer than by hand. The electronic version is an executable file. The following steps will make your life much easier:

  1. Make a master file with the first two lines filled out completely.
  2. Re-save this file with each dog's first name so you have one file per dog.
  3. Fill in lines 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 with handler and dog information.
  4. There is a bi-lingual version of this form in .pdf format if needed for reference.

3. The director of testing should have the test paperwork no later than 1 week after the test. Additionally, the director of testing should be informed of the test and be involved with the coordination to the degree necessary prior to the test. The test director should get the following:

  1. Two copies of Formblatt2 for the test. This is the "test summary" form.
  2. ..........More to come
